(The colors are not showing correctly: Lime, ultra blue, brown/grey). The yarn is Performance Stretchy Elastic Yarn. The yarn is 70% Acrylic, 23% Bamboo, 7% PBT.  Made in Bulgaria. Color 42202.  Lot 0692. This yarn may be machine washer in cool water and hung up to dry. Do not bleach.  Do not put in the drier. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Each skein is 100 grams and 470 yards.  Gauge: 8 sts per inch on size #2 needles.  CO 36 sts using Judy’s Magic Cast-On.  Since I’m using 2 circular needles, each needle will have 18 sts. David: CO 18 sts on size # 1 needles Knit one rnd thru the back loops.  1. On each needle: kfb, k to 2 sts before end, kfb, k1 = 20 sts on each needle. 2. K one rnd.  *When there are 22 sts on each needle, switch to #2 needles. Cont 1 & 2 above until there are 36 sts on each needle.  Toe: Needle#1: K1fb, knit until last 2 sts, k1fb, k1. This project was started on 8 Nov 2025. The pattern is by Inge-Lis Holst & Katrina Hannibal for Onling. Finally…it looks like a size #5 needle will work.  Yarn is Oasis Fingering from Expressions Fiber Arts; 50% Camel & 50%Mulberry Silk. Colorways: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun & Abyss Suggested Needles: 0-7 Suggested Hook: B-G Each skein contains 500 yards. I have one of each colorway. Notes:  1. For M1L & M1R, I am doing YO. This yarn is too “splity” to do what the pattern calls for.

This shawl pattern is by Dee O’Keefe.  I just love Dee’s patterns.  This pattern is written for a DK or Worsted weight yarn.  I’m using a fingering weight yarn by Expressions Fiber Arts called Oasis.  The colorway is Opal. This yarn is 50% camel and 50% silk and contains 500 yards per skein. This shawl was started on 5 Nov 2025, using size #3 needles.
